Job Responsibility

  • Collect, validate, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems and reports
  • Enter, update, and reconcile data within SAP to ensure consistency and data integrity
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis tools)
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights
  • Support operational and financial teams with recurring and ad hoc data requests
  • Perform routine data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Document data processes, definitions, and reporting standards
