Responsible for architecting solutions that achieve customer business outcomes within specific technical domains or across the broader company portfolio. Develops and articulates compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals ensuring customer's business and technical requirements are met. Provides technical expertise to sales teams and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and articulate compelling customer proposals
Identify and articulate key risks related to the respective scope
Provide work estimations and recommendations on sourcing models
Review customer proposals for accuracy, relevance, and competitiveness
Perform due diligence ensuring technical design solutions work and meet customer needs
Develop and maintain awareness of leading-edge and emerging technologies
Create and develop implementation design of technical products and solutions
Address customer questions and concerns regarding technical products
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver effective solutions
Proactively build pipeline by identifying opportunities
Support opportunity pipeline and help drive through sales process to closure
Participate in sales forecast meetings
Document ongoing work throughout sales cycle
Develop working relationship with customer technical teams
Proactively share knowledge with peers
Requirements:
First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications
2-4 years of technical experience in IT with a focus on technical selling
Knowledge-based and experienced-based relevant industry certifications are preferred
Intermediate level experience participating in solution configurations and overall architecture design
Intermediate level understanding of company portfolio of products, software, and services
Intermediate level understanding of aaS business models, differentiated value, solutions, and workloads
Intermediate-level written and verbal communication skills in English and applicable local languages
Intermediate-level business and financial acumen
Intermediate consultative and value selling skills
Hands on experience with one or more products, solutions, tools, or services
Intermediate-level project and time management skills
