Data Solutions Digital Sales Specialist role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focused on selling storage products and solutions. Job Responsibility:
Responsible for sales of storage products and solutions in assigned accounts
Develops pursuit plans and contributes towards building and managing storage sales pipeline
Supports proposal development, negotiations and deal closings
Works closely with and supports the Account Manager providing technical expertise
Uses internal sales tools to maintain healthy pipeline and account plan
Drives sales of Storage portfolio using strong leadership and initiative
Establishes professional and consultative relationship with clients
Interfaces with internal and external experts to anticipate customer needs
Actively generates customer interest and understands buying trends
Requirements:
University or Bachelor's degree preferred
Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota
Typically 2-5+ years of sales experience
Storage related sales experience preferred
Expertise to assess solution feasibility from technical and business perspective
Knowledge of digital and modern methods to connect and sell
In depth knowledge about storage, service, cloud, solution and differentiators between own offerings and competitors
Solid communication and presentation skills
Adequate understanding of financial acumen
Nice to have:
Storage related sales experience
Knowledge of industry trends and competitor solutions
Experience working with external partners
