Data Solutions & AI expert

• Design end-to-end data solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Microsoft Data Platform
• Ensure integration with reporting tools such as Power BI
• Propose and develop innovative data and AI solutions to enhance business value
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and analyse data requirements
• Translate functional needs into technical specifications and actionable data products
• Lead and contribute to data-related projects from conception to deployment
• Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with group-level standards
• Monitor day-to-day data operations and proactively resolve data issues
• Implement controls for data quality, lineage, and metadata management using Collibra
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, privacy, and development standards
• Maintain documentation and traceability of dataflows and transformations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, data governance, and business units
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

• Master in Data analytics & Management
• Master in Data Science
• Proven experience in data engineering, analytics, or data product development
• Familiarity with Collibra for metadata, lineage, and data governance
• Solid understanding of data architecture, security standards, and development best practices
• Experience in AI/ML solution development is a strong plus
• Strong expertise in Azure Microsoft Data Platform (Azure Synapse Analytics, Fabric, Spark, pipeline, Python, Power BI, …)
• Expertise in and AI/ML solutions and algorithms
• Expertise in Collibra data governance platform
• Fluent in English
