Data Sharing Lead

• Leading data sharing initiatives and contributing to the data sharing strategy and roadmap
• Managing data sharing requests and publication of datasets through an Open Data platform
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, governance, and data protection requirements
• Working with stakeholders to assess the value and risks of sharing data assets
• Supporting the development of automated data pipelines and efficient data delivery mechanisms
• Acting as the product owner for data sharing platforms and related services
• Engaging with industry groups and external data consumers to identify best practices and future requirements

• Experience working with data management, governance, compliance, or information management functions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of data governance, GDPR, and data-sharing principles
• Ability to work across business and technical teams to deliver data-driven services
• Experience within regulated environments is advantageous
• Passion for unlocking value from data and improving data services
