The Data Sharing Analyst – Power BI is responsible to facilitate the data provided by our external Data Sharing providers coming from Wholesalers in order to establish & maintain a stable & high data quality reporting. The role is also making sure that all Power BI Reports are updated on time & accurately and working closely with Data sharing team to establish high quality information. Data Sharing sell-out information is integrated across CCH systems, and it’s widely used in a big number of strategic processes such as WHS rebates settlement, indirect agreements settlement, market insights exploitation, performance tracking of indirect customers while also fuels Data Insights & Analytics advanced algorithms for segmenting market & assessing very important topics such as coolers profitability & investments ROI.
Job Responsibility:
Synthesize and analyze business data from multiple sources, and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI
Establishes and performs checking and control routines to ensure the data accuracy, analyzes and proactively informs about potential issues
Collaborates with Finance & Sales teams ensuring accurate reporting & on time uploading of data used for the settlement of rebates
Maps & maintains high quality of mapping collaborative wholesaler’s data (customers and SKUs) with CCH master data
Ensures that any technical, or process issues are properly addressed, and escalation (if necessary) is done on time to ensure undisturbed data flow reporting
Manages actively established connections with WHSs under the scope of improving CCH data visibility & quality
Participates in Wholesaler team & Com. Finance routines connecting the dots between sell-out data availability & rest processes
Ensures that all processes and systems comply with legal and company’s standards
Creates relevant reporting informing proactively finance and Commercial about missing sell out data
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in a Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Analytics role
Strong proficiency and accuracy in using Power BI tools
University diploma, preferable MSc in Finance, Business Analytics or relevant field
Fluent in English
Previous experience in FMCG or fast-paced environments
