Job Description:

Data Services & Storage Presales Intern role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The intern will play a key part in assisting sales & presales colleagues, learn about HPE's business operations, shadow presales contributions to sales cycles, and take on reporting responsibilities. This is a 13-month placement starting July 2025.

Job Responsibility:

Assist sales & presales colleagues in managing their sales opportunities
Learn about HPE company strategy, organisational structure, business and sales/presales governance, processes, and tools
Shadow presales contributions to sales cycles
Take on reporting responsibilities providing updates on sales/presales activity
Lead internal written communications for Presales leadership team
Drive engagement through channels such as Slack
Get involved in projects across the department
Manage corporate hospitality activities for customers, partners and distributers
Support with live sales opportunities

Requirements:

Must be in 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) 3rd year to be a one year's industrial placement
Expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade
Eligible to work in the UK
Available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2025 for 13 months
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
Keen to develop skills and interested in building a career in technology business operations or sales
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Organised and able to effectively manage time
Experienced with Microsoft Office and database management
Fluent in English
