Job Responsibility

  • Develop and consult on official operational reports (e.g., Waste Tracker, Accrual reports in BI)
  • Mentor specialists and provide on-the-job training to trainees
  • Lead analytics and insights for logistics projects, delivering actionable data and business insights
  • Ensure end-to-end (E2E) reporting by understanding cross-functional impacts
  • Own the design and business requirements documents (BRDs) for Data Lake
  • Drive improvements and innovations in reporting, optimizing data models based on feedback
  • Automate processes and eliminate repetitive tasks for the logistics team
  • Act as a business partner to UltraLogistik and the Performance team
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports (e.g., cost-to-serve, savings analysis for secondary transport)
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of stream processes (e.g., customs)

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in supply chain with strong knowledge of supply chain processes
  • English (B2+ level required)
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and VBA
  • Financial and analytical modeling using Excel, Power BI, and SQL
  • Ability to influence and partner across organizational boundaries (stakeholder management)
