Job Responsibility:
Data Transformation: Transforming raw data into meaningful information to support business strategies and decisions
Analysis & Mining: Data mining (extracting usable data) and analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions
Machine Learning: Using Machine Learning tools to create/optimize classifiers and develop prediction systems
Cleaning & Processing: Preprocessing structured and unstructured data, processing, cleaning, and validating the integrity of data
Collaboration & Presentation: Working closely with internal/external stakeholders, and graphically presenting the results of the process
Proposals: Proposing solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
Very good knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.)
Very good applied statistical skills (statistical tests, distributions, regression, maximum likelihood estimators, etc.)
Data Visualization & Wrangling experience
At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Data Scientist
Extensive experience in data mining, interpreting, data cleaning, and machine learning
Advanced programming skills – Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python
Working experience with Microsoft Azure Technology and Databricks or similar technology
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
