Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong background in modern machine learning and practical experience in working with advanced frameworks. This is a reserve position in our growing team, with the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in applied AI.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, test, and deploy data-driven models and solutions to solve business challenges
Apply modern best practices/approaches/frameworks such as RAG, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar tools to build robust LLM-based workflows
Conduct research and prototyping in the area of applied generative AI and advanced data science
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to integrate models into production
Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related field
Strong knowledge of Python and classic data science tools/libraries (NumPy, Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Experience with modern AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, ChainCraft, or similar)
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and practical application of algorithms
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new approaches
Upper-intermediate English level

Nice to have:

Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Familiarity with MLOps practices and deploying models in production
Exposure to NLP/LLM projects, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines
