Data Scientist

• Delivering clear, concise, and comprehensive recommendations to senior management and stakeholders based on data and modelling
• Collaborating with the engineering team to facilitate the productionisation of work streams & automated pipelines for execution
• Partner closely with delivery teams to help design, implement and execute data solutions to help shape and support their strategy
• Engage in coordination and collaboration with broader data science teams

• Commercial mindset and business acumen
• Presenting, visualising and communicating your recommendations and results and thinking
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Understanding of key ML tools covering supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms (e.g. GBMs)
• Strong statistical and mathematical foundation, with experience in experimental design or A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and power analysis
• Understanding of basic MLOps, such as collaborating with Git, clear structured development and documentation
• Some experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
• Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning

Knowledge of retail and eCommerce is a bonus
