Work on innovative data science projects in the Loyalty and Personalisation platform supporting the Everyday Rewards business. Job Responsibility:
Delivering clear, concise, and comprehensive recommendations to senior management and stakeholders based on data and modelling
Collaborating with the engineering team to facilitate the productionisation of work streams & automated pipelines for execution
Partner closely with delivery teams to help design, implement and execute data solutions to help shape and support their strategy
Engage in coordination and collaboration with broader data science teams
Requirements:
Commercial mindset and business acumen
Presenting, visualising and communicating your recommendations and results and thinking
Proficient in SQL and Python
Understanding of key ML tools covering supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms (e.g. GBMs)
Strong statistical and mathematical foundation, with experience in experimental design or A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and power analysis
Understanding of basic MLOps, such as collaborating with Git, clear structured development and documentation
Some experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
Nice to have:
Knowledge of retail and eCommerce is a bonus
