Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to design and optimize scalable data solutions supporting analytics, reporting, and advanced data-driven initiatives. The role focuses on data modeling, ETL/ELT design, automation, and enabling efficient data consumption across BI, analytics, and application environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines and scalable data workflows
  • Build and optimize data models, data lakes, and data warehouse solutions
  • Implement data pipeline automation using CI/CD practices
  • Monitor data jobs and troubleshoot failures or performance issues
  • Enable data consumption for BI tools, dashboards, analytics teams, and APIs
  • Process and manage structured and semi-structured datasets (CSV, JSON, Parquet, etc.)
  • Optimize data solutions for analytics, reporting, and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and analytical needs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Strong SQL skills for data transformation and analysis
  • Experience designing and managing data lakes and data warehouses
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and data pipeline automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Java or Scala
  • Experience supporting BI, analytics, or API-driven data solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and optimization.
