Data Scientist

• Develop and implement predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify key trends and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of predictive models

• 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Solid knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
