Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Develop a deep understanding of business products, processes and data sources to inform data-driven strategies
Identify and prioritize business-relevant Machine Learning (ML) use cases, including pilot execution, production deployment, model monitoring (e.g., for drift), and the development of data requirements
Develop and deploy Generative AI applications, including building AI Agents and Agentic Networks
Deliver scalable ML solutions with measurable business impact, adaptable across multiple products and business functions
Optimize machine learning models and data pipelines for performance, while ensuring robust version control and experiment tracking
Manage code repositories using tools like Git or Bitbucket, ensuring high code quality and smooth collaborative development workflows
Continuously track emerging trends and innovations in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and evaluate their potential applications within the business

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
1–2 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning projects
Proven ability to translate domain knowledge into actionable ML solutions and build end-to-end ML pipelines
Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI Agents, RAGs, LLM fine-tuning and using frameworks such as HuggingFace, Langchain and AI tools
Strong Python and SQL programming skills for data manipulation and model development
In-depth understanding of ML algorithms, both classical and advanced, including deep learning approaches
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) for maintaining code integrity
Experience with recommendation systems, including neural network-based models, is a plus
Knowledge of ML pipeline orchestration tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow is an advantage
Experience with Tableau and designing A/B testing experiments is a strong plus
