Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business challenges and optimize decision-making processes
Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and mathematical modeling to uncover patterns and actionable insights
Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala to design, test, and deploy data science solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying data science techniques to improve operations
Lead the preparation and cleaning of datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis and modeling
Apply expert knowledge of libraries like scikit-learn, numpy, and pandas to enhance machine learning workflows
Manage and optimize cloud database solutions, including Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, to support scalable data processing
Research and stay updated on emerging trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning to integrate best practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members in the application of data science techniques
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science with a proven record of leading successful projects
Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and machine learning applications
In-depth expertise in machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, numpy, and pandas
Strong foundation in machine learning technologies, statistical methods, and mathematical modeling
Familiarity with cloud database platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery is preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics or a related discipline is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to present complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner
