Job Responsibility:
Designing ML models that power real-time recSys, ranking and pricing algorithms, optimising for engagement and conversion within our gaming ecosystem
Building reward structures and user-incentive systems that balance user motivation with sustainable ROAS through uplift modelling and pricing optimisation
Leading complex experimentation iterations in data driven verticals, product or user acquisition, including causal impact estimation or measurement strategies such as MMM and Multi-Touch Attribution
Zero to one projects, taking a blank slate in a unexplored domain and turning it into a production-ready data product, from initial data structures to final deployment
Partnering with engineering to refine and develop our stack and system architecture and establishing "gold standard" documentation
Requirements:
Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in a product-driven environment, ideally in Gaming, AdTech, gambling or user-incentive systems
Robust experience of data engineering workflows and modern data stack tools (e.g DBT, Airflow, K8s, Terraform)
Proficiency in Python and SQL
experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive clarity, create structure, and bring stakeholders on board
Nice to have:
Experience in topics like causal inference, measurement expertise, experimental design
Experience as a zero-to-one specialist who loves the ambiguity of turning a raw idea into a revenue-generating system
