Job Description:

The role involves leading a team of statisticians and Data Science experts for Model Development and Validation, ensuring compliance, quality, and innovation in analytics.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting model validation process for Model Risk Management
Developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms
Documenting data requirements, data collection and analysis
Digitizing data collection processes
Communicating findings to senior management
Ensuring compliance with data governance policies
Leading a team of data scientists

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in Data Science roles
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience in interacting with senior stakeholders across the organization
Analytics thought leadership skills
People management experience
In-depth understanding of various financial service business models
Creative problem-solving skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Capability to influence business outcomes
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in STEM
