Job Description

We are looking for a Mid & Senior Data Scientist focused on classical machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. In this role, you will bypass the hype and focus on building high-impact, robust predictive models that drive core business decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Predictive Modeling: Build, evaluate, and deploy traditional ML models to solve complex business problems
  • Statistical Analysis: Apply rigorous statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression, experimental design) to validate insights
  • Feature Engineering: Architect clean, scalable data pipelines and feature sets from large, complex datasets
  • Collaboration: Translate business goals into structured analytical frameworks alongside cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional data science experience delivering production-grade models
  • Traditional ML: Deep expertise in classical algorithms (XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forests, Linear/Logistic Regression, Time-Series forecasting)
  • Technical Stack: Advanced Python (Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy) and SQL
  • Methodology: Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and A/B testing
  • Education: Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)

Nice to have

Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and basic MLOps workflows
