Job Description:

A leading consumer technology company is seeking a Contract Data Scientist to join its Ecommerce Product Analytics team for a 6-month engagement. This role supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing user behavior, designing and interpreting A/B tests, and uncovering insights that improve user experience and conversion.

Job Responsibility:

Perform behavioral and funnel analysis to identify user patterns
Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments
Build and maintain dashboards using Looker
Identify and resolve data quality issues
Present insights through clear, compelling business storytelling
Lead weekly/monthly reporting and stakeholder update calls

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in eCommerce analytics
Strong SQL skills (2–4 years)
Experience with Looker and Amplitude
Background in hardware-focused ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
Python knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience accepted
