In our Data & Analytics team, you'll partner with corporate functions like Finance and Procurement to turn complex data into meaningful insights, helping build the first biopharma company powered by AI at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to address complex financial forecasting and business performance challenges
Build, validate, and optimize AI/ML models for Finance and Procurement analytics, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and bias mitigation
Manage and process large-scale data pipelines — including data migration and transformation in Snowflake — while implementing complex business rules across enterprise systems such as SAP and Python
Partner with cross-functional Corporate teams (Finance, Procurement, Demand to Cash) to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights
Collaborate with the Data Visualization team to develop dashboards and reports in Power BI that communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data science, and share expertise to strengthen analytical capabilities across the organization.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data science, with a strong focus on statistical modeling and AI/ML use cases — ideally applied to Finance or Procurement domains
Advanced proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and machine learning, combined with strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake (including Cortex)
Solid foundation in statistical methods, predictive modeling, time series analysis, and causal inference
experience with NLP for corporate domains is a plus
Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for diverse audiences
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
Fluency in English is essential to operate effectively in a multicultural, global environment.
Nice to have:
