Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain statistical models to analyse pricing performance and total profitability
  • Monitor and analyse competitive position, customer behaviour, claims performance and profitability
  • Feed findings into recommendations for rating action and changes to pricing structures
  • Establish and evaluate tests to assess the relative performance of competing pricing structures
  • Analyse and monitor competitor pricing activity
  • Analyse data to support decision-making
  • Identify, investigate and explain data trends

Requirements:

  • Previous experience using analytical software and tools (e.g. Snowflake, Python, R, Power BI)
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry (car/travel) is preferred
