Job Description

We're looking for a Data Scientist focused on marketing analytics to power the insights that drive our B2B growth engine. You'll work at the intersection of data and go-to-market strategy, helping us understand what makes B2B prospects convert, which channels and campaigns drive the highest-quality pipeline, and how to prioritize our marketing investments. You'll partner closely with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to build dashboards that track funnel health, develop lead scoring models that surface the right opportunities, and conduct deep-dive analyses that uncover what's working and what's not. From attribution modeling to campaign performance to understanding the B2B buyer journey, your work will directly shape how we acquire and convert our most valuable customers. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who combines analytical rigor with business intuition - a builder who can translate complex data into clear recommendations and isn't afraid to proactively surface opportunities before being asked.
