Conduct analysis of product and business funnels
perform impact driver analysis and opportunity sizing aligned to team objectives
Design and evaluate A/B experiments targeting onboarding, features, messaging, and monetization
own experiment methodology, track project progress, and deliver actionable results
Build consensus with Product Management and Engineering partners to drive execution under uncertainty, ensuring data insights feed directly into roadmap and launch decisions
Design and build well-crafted dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that serve the needs of management, product, and engineering teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
4+ years of experience in a data science, analytics, or related role
Experience with core product analytics methods including metric definition, instrumentation design, funnel analysis, and retention analysis, with the ability to translate insights into decisions and actions
Experience in business data analysis, including business modeling, metric forecasting, and metric anomaly attribution
Experience designing and evaluating A/B experiments, with the ability to make recommendations under uncertainty
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, quality validation, and analysis
Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights, conclusions, and recommendations to broad audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmap and launch decisions through data-driven insights

Experience in growth-related areas such as onboarding, feature adoption, distribution, or retention
Understanding of AI, LLM, or agent-based workflows, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineers on technical solutions
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support collaboration with Mandarin-speaking team members and review technical documentation
Experience presenting data-driven insights to executive and leadership audiences
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing across an organization
Experience with AI-powered analytics and productivity tools
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
