Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced data solutions. Job Responsibility:

Design and implement complex Python applications, ensuring scalability and reliability
Develop and optimize machine learning models, including those based on large language models (LLMs)
Utilize serverless architectures and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build and deploy data solutions
Work with chains and vector databases to solve multifaceted problems and enhance data processing capabilities
Perform ETL processes to transform and load data efficiently while maintaining data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and build predictive models
Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and frameworks to ensure optimal performance
Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and machine learning to incorporate best practices into projects

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, AI engineering, or related fields
Proficiency in Python with demonstrated experience in developing complex applications
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and serverless technologies
Familiarity with chains and vector databases, with practical application beyond academic settings
Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and large language models (LLMs)
Expertise in ETL processes and scripting for data transformation and integration
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges
