Conduct root cause analysis of logistics issues and propose data-driven solutions
Track and control transportation and warehousing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly reports to support strategic decision-making
Coordinate with Quality Assurance to investigate recurring complaints and contribute to corrective actions
Lead and support continuous improvement projects and process standardization efforts
Collaborate with IT to implement digital tools and enhance logistics data flows
