Job Responsibility:
Lead analytical strategy to inform product vision, roadmap, and customer experience improvements
Define and maintain core product metrics
build scalable measurement frameworks for rapid iteration
Translate complex data into clear insights and visual stories that influence product and executive decisions
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to identify opportunities, optimize experiences, and embed analytics into product workflows
Oversees delivery of high‑impact programs and initiatives that span advanced tactical execution and broad strategic objectives
Ensures teams are aligned to priorities, operating efficiently, and equipped with the clarity, resources, and technical direction required to achieve results
Builds and develops talent through proactive coaching, performance management, recruiting, and succession planning
Champions a culture of innovation, accountability, inclusion, and data‑driven decision‑making
Requirements:
Master’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline related to Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Psychology or Data Analysis or equivalent work experience
Typically 12+ years of relevant experience
Master's degree or advanced degree in related field preferred
5+ years of experience leading people and teams
Expertise in advanced data science and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, neural networks, decision trees, clustering, text/NLP)
Proficiency with analytics and statistical tools such as Python, R, SAS, and SPSS
Strong experience with data integration and modeling tools (e.g., Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences
Solid programming skills in Python, SQL, R, SAS, Java, and Unix shell scripting
experience with Hadoop or distributed data platforms is a plus
Strong data visualization capabilities using Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView, or similar tools
