Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in data manipulation, analysis, and machine learning libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch), and familiar with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively
Fluent in English
knowledge of German is a plus

Job Responsibility

Research cutting-edge NLP techniques, with a focus on property-value extraction and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions to improve accuracy
Design and develop AI agents for autonomous information retrieval and extraction, leveraging RAG frameworks and MCP standards to enhance performance and collaboration
Plan and conduct benchmarking experiments to evaluate LLM outputs and support the evaluation pipeline
Help develop and optimize small language models (SLMs) for efficient information extraction from documents
Clean, preprocess, and analyze both structured and unstructured data to improve the performance of large language models (LLMs)
Collaborate with data scientists to integrate new solutions and findings into products, ensuring scalability and addressing deployment challenges
Document methodologies, findings, and insights to share knowledge and best practices within the team
