Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Help lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions across various domains such as public services, utilities, healthcare, and mobility
collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders transforming challenges into actionable insights and production-ready solutions
design optimization algorithms, build LLM-based assistants, and deliver forecasting pipelines
guide teams and clients through the evolving AI landscape.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in delivering real-world AI and data science solutions in production environments
proficiency in Python and frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
practical experience with machine learning and exposure to domains like natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, LLMs, or optimization
experience with at least one major cloud provider such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
ability to bring models into production securely and efficiently
ability to balance model performance with business relevance and translate analytical outcomes into actionable results
team-oriented and ability to guide junior colleagues and collaborate with clients on solution architectures and technical roadmaps
strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
experience in project ownership, technical leadership, or contributing to AI strategies
fluent in English and speaks Dutch or French.
