As a data scientist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our AI and ML capabilities through innovation and transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with internal and external teams to understand customer requirements and develop proposals
  • Interact with stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide status updates and share analytical insights
  • Implement preliminary data exploration and data preparation steps for model development/validation
  • Apply a broad range of techniques and theories from statistics, machine learning, and business intelligence to deliver actionable business insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of industry experience
  • Master’s degree with 2+ years of industry experience
  • Ph.D. degree in quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands‑on experience using AI/ML libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar
  • Hands‑on experience with time series forecasting methods, including classical methods (e.g. ARIMA, Exponential smoothing, Prophet), machine learning methods (e.g. Random Forest, XGboost) and deep learning methods (e.g. RNN, LSTM)
  • Expertise in core machine learning algorithms, including supervised learning (e.g. regression, classification) and unsupervised learning (e.g. clustering, anomaly detection)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience with Linear Programming and Network Optimization
  • Experience with Computer Vision techniques for image classification, object detection, and segmentation
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, AutoGen or similar
