As a data scientist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our AI and ML capabilities through innovation and transformation.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with internal and external teams to understand customer requirements and develop proposals
Interact with stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide status updates and share analytical insights
Implement preliminary data exploration and data preparation steps for model development/validation
Apply a broad range of techniques and theories from statistics, machine learning, and business intelligence to deliver actionable business insights
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of industry experience
Master’s degree with 2+ years of industry experience
Ph.D. degree in quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research or related field
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands‑on experience using AI/ML libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar
Hands‑on experience with time series forecasting methods, including classical methods (e.g. ARIMA, Exponential smoothing, Prophet), machine learning methods (e.g. Random Forest, XGboost) and deep learning methods (e.g. RNN, LSTM)
Expertise in core machine learning algorithms, including supervised learning (e.g. regression, classification) and unsupervised learning (e.g. clustering, anomaly detection)
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience with Linear Programming and Network Optimization
Experience with Computer Vision techniques for image classification, object detection, and segmentation
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, AutoGen or similar
