We're looking for an exceptional professional who connects data, Salesforce, and AI technologies - and drives real transformation across the organization. This role is designed for someone who doesn't wait for instructions, but instead identifies problems, dives deep, and builds solutions from scratch.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead business process transformation using data and AI
  • Work hands-on with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) to improve sales, marketing, and operational workflows
  • Design and implement smart solutions - automations, predictive models, and AI-driven recommendations
  • Build and optimize automations using Salesforce Flows and validation rules
  • Analyze business processes and proactively suggest improvements
  • Connect multiple data sources and systems through integrations and APIs
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across platforms
  • Identify bottlenecks and business challenges, and own solutions end-to-end
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
  • Support user adoption and guide teams in leveraging systems effectively
  • Continuously explore and implement new AI tools and Salesforce capabilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferably Sales Cloud)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Flows and process automation
  • Experience working with integrations and APIs - advantage
  • Familiarity with BI tools or reporting platforms - advantage
  • Basic development knowledge (e.g. Apex) - advantage
  • Strong data background - analysis, process design, and data modeling
  • Familiar with AI tools, vibe coding, and building solutions with various AI platforms

Nice to have

  • Experience working with integrations and APIs
  • Familiarity with BI tools or reporting platforms
