Job Description:

Responsible for setting up new and existing users on desktop computers in production, performing maintenance on printers and related hardware devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring operational support for critical applications.

Job Responsibility:

Setting up new and existing users on desktop computers in production
Key markouts and delays into the WMS system
Perform maintenance on HP, Lexmark and SATO printers
Maintain Android tablets, Chase machine VM1, RF and Bluetooth device hardware
Troubleshoot Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
Place service calls to replace broken hardware
Provide coverage in the department on an as needed basis

Requirements:

1+ Years Desktop Support Experience
Basic Desktop Support experience with Windows and Android OS
Ability to think analytically, problem solve and troubleshoot
Proficient in Warehouse Management System operations
Professional telephone and email skills
Ability to greet and professionally represent the organization to other CVS facilities and the various vendors who serve the distribution center
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Flexible hours that may include part time work up to and including overtime as needed
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Cognos Reports
Must be an independent and team orientated individual that is able to complete DC critical applications with little to no supervision
Physical demands: This position has a lifting requirement of 60 lbs. for 0% to 50% of the time
bending/reaching/stooping 34% to 66% of the time
walking/standing/climbing 0% to 33% of the time
High School Diploma
