Job Description

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as Data & Reporting Automation Analyst. You will act as the crucial link between complex datasets and strategic, fact-based decision-making. By cleaning, organizing, and interpreting information, you will be in charge of building dataset to uncover hidden trends, measure the effectiveness of the IT initiatives, and translate intricate metrics into clear, actionable narratives.

Job Responsibility

  • Consult local IT teams (especially IT Infrastructure teams), streamline workflows, analyse data sources and automate reportings
  • Assist in identifying process and data gaps across the local IT division
  • Design, develop, and maintain macros and scripts to automate tasks and processes
  • Create and elaborate dashboards and reports for data visualization using Power BI
  • Build automation solutions to streamline data processing, analysis, and reporting tasks in collaboration with the local innovation team
  • Train users on the functionality of developed solutions
  • Document and report on the organizational impact of developed and adopted solutions
  • Coordinate with Business lines, IT and other support functions to the management of workflows related to implementation of new products and solutions
  • Participate in Event organization: Annual innovation / Digitization event
  • Prepare periodic communication (newsletters, ad-hoc communication on events) for the Bank about innovation topics
  • Shadow opportunities: collaborating with senior and junior mentors, giving presentations, participating in formal training, attending speaker series, networking and social events

Requirements

  • Postgraduate of a Master degree
  • Specialization in Data Analysis
  • Less than 29 years old
  • EU citizen
  • Knowledge of the banking sector
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA and PowerBI
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Knowledge of Power Query is a plus
  • Workshop management
  • Fluent French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical capability
