Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and reporting tools, while demonstrating an ability to work collaboratively across teams

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using BusinessObjects technologies to support business intelligence needs
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Utilize Microsoft SQL to extract, transform, and load data for reporting purposes
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validation processes
Design and implement data models using tools such as Erwin Data to optimize reporting efficiency
Create documentation for reporting processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and scalability
Provide technical support and training to team members on data reporting tools and best practices
Monitor and troubleshoot reporting systems to ensure seamless operation
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and BusinessObjects technologies
Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence concepts
Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin Data
Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
