Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in a large-scale discrepancy project, analyzing data, resolving carrier eligibility issues, and providing regular progress updates.

Job Responsibility:

Undertake a significant carrier discrepancy project after thorough training
Analyze and interpret data from discrepancy reports, identifying trends and patterns
Handle member service requests related to carrier eligibility, ensuring resolution
Utilize moderate skills in Excel to navigate large spreadsheets effectively
Collaborate with team members on the project, ensuring organized and efficient work
Use basic data analytics skills to derive insights from discrepancy reports
Provide regular updates on project progress
Use tools such as Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, Erwin Data, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document for various tasks

Requirements:

Proficient in Apache Spark
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira
Experience with BusinessObjects Technologies
Ability to use Erwin Data
Skilled in Gap Analysis
Knowledge of AB Testing
Experience with Agile Scrum
Strong background in Analytics
Expertise in Business Intelligence (BI)
Experience in creating Business Requirement Document
