Job Description:

The role of Officer – Data Management/Information Analyst will be part of Citi’s AIM team based in India, supporting the Global Workforce Optimization unit. Responsibilities include forecasting demand, capacity planning, building data solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, dashboarding, and automation. Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in data and reporting, SQL expertise, and proficiency in Tableau.

Job Responsibility:

Forecast future demand (Inbound /Outbound Call Volume, back-office process volume, etc.) and the capacity required to fulfill the demand
Forecast short-term demand (daily/hourly) and schedule the agent accordingly
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and come up with optimal hiring plans
Build data solutions to track key business metrics and support the workforce optimization activities
Understand and map out the data landscape for current and new businesses
Provide reporting and analytics, as well as real-time monitoring
Support and mentor team members on technical solutions
Manage and sequence delivery of reporting and data needs by actively managing requests
Develop insightful, visually compelling and engaging dashboards for decision making
Automate repetitive, rule-based tasks without deep coding

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute or BTech/B.E.
Must have 6+ years of work experience in the Data & Reporting space
Must have expertise working with SQL
Must have expertise working with Tableau for data visualization
Exposure to Automation tools in Python, Xceptor, Appian, VBA, etc. desirable
Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence desirable
