Job Description:

The Data Reconciliations Specialist focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes within the Accounting & Finance department. This permanent position in Haywards Heath offers a great opportunity to contribute to the organisation's financial operations while expanding your professional expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage data reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes
  • Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
