Lead the tracking and execution of the technology book of work, ensuring alignment with overall data strategy and technology roadmap to optimize data quality principles
Consolidate and deliver business requirements using process simplification, enhanced controls, and business-agnostic principles
Lead user acceptance testing and plan operational readiness activities including communications and operating procedures
Provide leadership and oversight for technology enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management and data governance policy
Translate complex technical risks into clear business implications for senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making

Requirements
10+ years of experience within financial services in a large, matrixed, multinational organization with at least 5 years in a senior project management role
Proven track record of successfully managing technology projects for business teams, from requirements to testing to go-live readiness preparation
Experience in process design, root cause analysis, process re-engineering and process improvement is a must
Demonstrated ability to understand business drivers, assess operational risks, and evaluate the business impact of technology decisions
Experience in designing and implementing data quality requirements and operating models and partnering with technology for tool development
Strong leadership qualities with experience in leading diverse teams and fostering professional growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong banking operations knowledge
Extremely organized, motivated and analytical
