Data Quality Senior Lead Analyst

• Manage and own assigned reviews with the team on DCRM lifecycle processes
• Manage senior relationships with Data stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions
• Drive appropriate behavior and discipline of data teams through observations and discussions
• Oversee metrics reporting process for the process under review
• Interact with iQA and/or IA to address CAPs, RBCM, and other commitments
• Lead project management activities and create presentation materials for senior management
• Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with regulations

• 10+ years of experience
• Banking or Finance industry preferred
• Experience with the DCRM process and procedures, and CDGP
• Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications
• Collaborates effectively by building partnerships
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Optimizes work processes by balancing effective/efficient processes with continuous improvement
• Organizational savvy: understands systems, management processes
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
