The Data Quality Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in the establishment and execution of a sustainable operating model for the management of Data Concerns and Adjustments within the Risk function. This position requires a highly analytical and proactive individual with a strong blend of business analysis and project management skills.
Job Responsibility:
Support enhancements to Data Quality management through implementing strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality
Production of accurate Data Quality metrics
Perform required analysis to understand current processes, identify trends, and support decision-making
Document business requirements for adjustment reduction initiatives
Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements to reduce adjustments and enhance data quality
Contribute to the design and implementation of a sustainable operating model for data concerns remediation and adjustment reduction
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams to understand data challenges and solutions
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials
Support the Data Quality lead to ensure accurate reporting of Data Concerns and Adjustments for reporting to senior governance forums and regulators
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Requirements:
6-10 years' experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs
Banking or Finance industry preferred
Experience with defining and delivering data quality programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions, deliver to tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
