Data Quality Lead Analyst

• Support enhancements to Data Quality management through implementing strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality
• Production of accurate Data Quality metrics
• Perform required analysis to understand current processes, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Document business requirements for adjustment reduction initiatives
• Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements to reduce adjustments and enhance data quality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of a sustainable operating model for data concerns remediation and adjustment reduction
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams to understand data challenges and solutions
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials
• Support the Data Quality lead to ensure accurate reporting of Data Concerns and Adjustments for reporting to senior governance forums and regulators
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

• 6-10 years' experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs
• Banking or Finance industry preferred
• Experience with defining and delivering data quality programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
• Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions, deliver to tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
