Job Description:

The Data Quality Analyst within Global AML Data Management works with Data Owners and Data Consumers to ensure data needed for AML surveillance meets required standards. Successful candidate is able to profile the data, evaluate complex data quality issues, partner with Technology and Business to identify issue root cause, propose and implement tactical and strategic solutions. The person will be able to promote subject matter expertise in the data management/governance area and proactiveness in design, implementation, and maintenance of data quality control ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

Identify data patterns, perform analytics, and propose resolution strategies
Support AML data quality improvement initiatives
Proactively identify data quality issues and liaise with teams to address challenges
Own data quality control execution and reporting
Support BAU management of the AML transaction type codes
Support strategic vision of the AML data ecosystem

Requirements:

5+ years working with Data / Data Quality / Data Governance programs
Banking or Finance industry preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Excel, MS Access)
Proficiency in Tableau will be an asset
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and effectively on assigned tasks
Ability to deliver commitments both on time and on quality
