Job Description:

This position will help to ensure data sourced and provisioned by Finance Data Management meets all required data quality standards. The Data Support Intermediate Analyst will assess, evaluate, and analyze Contracts Match Exceptions for Genesis, provide recommendations and drive the remediation of these exceptions. They will provide ownership and accountability in ensuring issues are recorded in the form of Data concerns and addressed in a timely manner. They will collaborate with an array of teams and groups, developing subject matter expertise and knowledge of industry practices and standards.

Job Responsibility:

perform data quality analysis and identify data challenges for Genesis Contracts Match Exceptions (Stubs records)
participate in data quality resolution and data improvement initiatives
collaborate with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions
prioritize, support, escalate and follow through on data quality exceptions impacting regulatory commitments
conduct variance analysis on data quality improvement
deliver metrics reporting on data quality issues and resolution
participate in project management activities
prepare meeting materials and updates for management and consumers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
5-8 years relevant experience
exposure to reporting tools like Tableau, PowerBI will be an added advantage
professionalism/work ethic
