The Work Dynamics Technology – Data Governance team is a newly established central organization overseeing JLLT data platforms and products for internal and external clients. We're seeking a Data Quality and Governance Analyst to recommend and implement data governance solutions for Work Dynamics clients using the Transition Data Enablement framework. This role combines project management, stakeholder management, data governance, and data management capabilities. You'll analyze and document data requirements for new clients, evaluate data models and business processes, and communicate findings with account leadership and clients. The position is EMEA-based, reporting to the EMEA Product Delivery Lead – Work Dynamics Technology.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end data workstream processes for transitioning clients, defining project plans, dependencies, timelines, and providing regular status updates to Transition Teams
Define cross-business data structures for key data classes and coordinate data requirements gathering to develop comprehensive requirement documents
Perform Data Quality Assessments on client/incumbent data based on JLL standards during transition phases, consolidating and standardizing attributes against JLL mapping
Review, classify, and document existing data standards with relevant attributes, communicating findings with account teams and clients
Document business processes and standard operations related to Transition Data Enablement services
Requirements:
Approximately 3 years querying data through SQL with significant SQL Server experience
Approximately 3 years data management experience (Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality, process/procedure design)
Around 3 years in related industry
commercial real estate management preferred
2 years business analyst experience gathering requirements and developing implementation strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, MIS, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
Strong information management, analytics, and data profiling skills with excellent oral, written, and presentation communication abilities
Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and global data management including lifecycle and maintenance processes
Ability to work under deadlines in multi-tasking environments with strong judgment on competing priorities
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of Python programming for data analysis and automation
Experience with EDP systems and data management workflows
Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud platform, Salesforce, Collibra, and MS Visio
