Data Quality Analytics and Reporting Lead Analyst

• Designs/analyzes complex reports/Data Quality Rules to satisfy management/regulatory reporting requirements
• Ensures team's delivery conforms to Citi Data Governance Policy
• Develops broad-based business reporting solutions to complex issues
• Leads reengineering efforts in business's methodology, strategy, and organizational goals
• Manages overall projects and contributes to identifying solutions for business reporting issues
• Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions using KNIME, Python or Artificial Intelligence
• Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower-level personnel
• Influences strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services
• Completes projects to acquire data, manage it, and present it for use in reporting and statistics
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

• 6-10 years of experience in Banking or Finance industry
• Excellent knowledge in Derivatives, Corporate Loans, Secured Financing Trades
• Experience in UK and US Capital and Liquidity Regulatory reports (FR2052A, PRA110, COREP, FRY9C, FRY14Q etc)
• Experience/Certifications in Agile Methodology preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
• Effective collaborator, able to build relationships and partnerships with others to meet shared objectives
• Communicates effectively and conveys clear understanding of unique needs of different audiences
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Proficient in use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with KNIME, Python or Artificial Intelligence
