Job Description:

The Data Quality Analyst 2 is responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of Data Quality processes. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to improvement and performance activities by providing measurement, evaluation, and assessment services relating to Data Quality and data production.

Job Responsibility:

Review Operational Matching exceptions (SGL orphans) and investigate root cause of new exceptions
Identify both tactical and strategic remediation to resolve Operational Matching exceptions (SGL orphans)
Execute tactical data remediation/data patch of data quality issues in Full Suite in adherence to existing governance and controls framework
Liaise and coordinate data concerns to the impacted stakeholders and discuss plan of correction
Identify appropriate strategic remediation of data quality issues
Raise Data Concern were identified as the strategic remediation path, and monitor delivery of such
Manage and address data quality queries/issues on Full Suite-Genesis production data through proper acknowledgement and timely feedback to data users
Conduct second-level investigation on medium to complex data quality queries/issues on Full Suite-Genesis production data and propose resolution path (both tactical and strategic)
Escalate timely to appropriate resolver groups, e.g., technology teams, if data investigation requires expertise outside of the team, and follow through accordingly

Requirements:

0-2 years of relevant experience
Strong MS excel skills
Experience working in finance related position is preferred
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Flexible, team-oriented, and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
