We are seeking a proactive and organised Data Protection Administrator to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations within our Data Protection function. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support across the department, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming emails and correspondence, directing queries appropriately
Maintain accurate records and databases in line with company policies
Log and maintain data protection trackers (SAR and EIR)
Extract and combine information for information requests
Work closely with the wider team to manage and escalate risks, complaints or data breaches
Support the production of data protection-related standards and guidance documents
Respond to data protection queries
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
