Job Description:

Associate Data Product Manager position at CVS Health to join the dynamic data and analytics team. The role involves supporting the development and management of data products that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization, working with healthcare data spanning over 150 million individuals.

Job Responsibility:

Support the development and management of data products that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and senior product managers
Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
Engage with complex business challenges using modern tools and technologies
Securely store, process, transform, and enrich terabyte to petabyte scale healthcare data

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in data analytics, product management, or a related role (internships or academic projects count)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of data concepts and tools
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data
Familiarity with Data Analysis & Reporting
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required

Nice to have:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Curiosity and willingness to learn about data products and user needs
