Job Description:

IKEA is seeking a Data Product Leader to enhance and modernize digital capabilities within its Supply Chain Development organization. The role focuses on managing data assets, improving data accessibility, and aligning analytics solutions with business priorities to maximize value for IKEA.

Job Responsibility:

Frame initiatives connected to analytics management and digital product priorities
coordinate and manage onshore/offshore teams
optimize value creation processes
maintain a roadmap for data product development
plan and execute product launches
provide required support and materials
gather feedback from users and stakeholders
maximize value of data products lifecycle
support connected initiatives in the data space
help organization maximize business value of data assets
drive improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
ensure quality, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations
identify potential areas for innovation and growth

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills and effective communication capabilities
ability to build relationships across a complex organization
passion for creating value from data and analytics
good knowledge of analytics solutions such as PowerBi and Analytics Technologies
experience in data integration across platforms and business processes
hands-on experience managing BW/BI/Data/Analytics solutions
exposure to global analytics communities and introducing solutions
familiarity with agile practices
collaborative spirit
strong focus on technology and people

Nice to have:

Experience in supply chain environments
ability to monetize data assets
familiarity with emerging data technologies
ability to lead teams and processes
familiarity with data privacy regulation
