Job Description:

As a Data Product Leader, you will support the organisation in leveraging information and data assets for maximum value, working closely with the business and product teams to deliver cutting-edge, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include managing data products, enabling high-quality data assets, and creating analytics solutions connected to the data product. You'll collaborate closely with digital specialists and stakeholders across IKEA organizations.

Job Responsibility:

Framing initiatives connected to analytics management
coordinating teams
maintaining and prioritizing roadmaps
planning product launches
gathering feedback from stakeholders
leading and managing data products
driving continuous improvement
ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance
staying up-to-date on emerging data technologies
conducting market research.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills
ability to collaborate and build relationships
knowledge of analytics solutions such as PowerBi and Analytics Technologies
experience with data integration across platforms and business processes
understanding of ETL and data domain management aspects
hands-on experience managing BW/BI/Data/Analytics solutions in supply chain environments
exposure to global analytics communities
familiarity with agile practices and working methods in entrepreneurial environments.
