Job Description:

As a Data Product Leader at IKEA, you will support the organisation in leveraging data assets for maximum value. You will manage data products that can be consumed across the organization, improve data quality and accessibility, and play a critical role in analytics management within the supply chain development organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Frame all initiatives connected to analytics management and digital product priorities
coordinate and manage teams onshore/offshore
optimize value creation processes
create and maintain a roadmap for data product development
plan and execute product launches
gather feedback to enhance products
lead and manage data products lifecycle
support initiatives to maximize data value
explore monetization opportunities for data assets
ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency
stay updated on data technologies
conduct market research

Requirements:

Strong leadership with ability to communicate, collaborate, and network
ability to balance several stakeholders and agendas
deep understanding of data-related technologies
strong project management skills
ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
very good knowledge of analytics solutions such as PowerBI
expertise in data integration across platforms and processes
experience with ETL and analytics solutions
hands-on experience in managing BW/BI/Data/Analytics solutions
experience building and managing global analytics communities
experience implementing agile practices
knowledge of data privacy regulations
up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends

Nice to have:

Experience in supply chain environments
exposure to global application landscapes
experience in home furnishing
capability to build relationships with business partners
