Job Description:

Join a market-leading team shaping the future of digital regulation. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of data protection, cybersecurity, and emerging digital regulatory frameworks. Advise on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters spanning privacy law, data breaches, digital compliance, and strategic regulatory engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and support on GDPR and UK GDPR compliance programs, cybersecurity incident response, and regulatory investigations
Advise on cross-border data transfers, platform regulation, AI governance, and data ethics
Work with start-ups, scale-ups, and multinational tech companies across high-growth sectors
Contribute to litigation strategy and corporate transactional due diligence

Requirements:

2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in data protection and cybersecurity
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
Experience advising on UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and cyber-related compliance and risk
Strong legal analysis, communication, and drafting skills
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in working in a fast-paced, international practice

Nice to have:

Experience engaging with regulators such as the ICO, CNIL, or other global data protection authorities
Background in tech or an understanding of digital infrastructure, platforms, or AI tools
Familiarity with programming, network, or web/database technologies
U.S. LL.M. or prior cross-border privacy experience
